RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to outlet as scheduled, in uniform, eat, clean and ready to work根据排班准时上班,准备工作之前需已用毕餐,换好工装,一切就绪。
- Must know the entire outlet schedule, have to know which waiter, order taker is working and assign them side work duties.必须熟知整个部门的工作计划,以及每个员团队成员和点单员的工作,并为其分配其他工作。
- The Outlet Supervisor餐厅主管:
- Must know menu items as well as drink list
- Must know outlet setup standards.
- Oversee entire operation; lead by good example
- Handles complaints and reports to immediate supervisor.
- Trains new staff in all aspects of outlet food and beverage Conrad service standards.
- Assists in set up, service mise en place and ensures smooth operation at all times.
- Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.必须掌握餐厅服务流程,酒店规章制度和紧急情况处理程序。
- Team Members performs all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy & procedures.根据酒店的制度和流程,团队成员必须掌握所有的收款和收入登记的职能。
- To co-ordinate the work of subordinates and maintain the established procedures and policies.
- To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.
- To help prepare training programmers for team members.
- To promote good working atmosphere with emphasis in enhancing relations with subordinates.
- To enforce the personal appearance of the team members and punctuality.
- To greet guests, handle comments and problems whenever required and promote sales to meet forecasted revenues.问候客人,处理客人意见和问题,推动销售达到预算额度。
- To recommend menu items and beverages to guests, as well as taking orders.
- To converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending personal touch.
- To make requisition for supplies in order to maintain stock level.
- To take over the duties of the assistant restaurant manager in his absence.
- To carry out any other duties as and when required by the restaurant manager.
OTHERS
- Be knowledgeable of food & beverage service
- To exercise customer relations skills with guests
SPECIFICATIONS
- Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.
- Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 3-5 years.
- Holding similar position in a well-established hotel for at least 3 years.
- Well groomed at all times.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, supervise and motivate employees.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
