The SCC Arbitration Institute and Swedish Women in Arbitration Network (SWAN) invite you to participate in the webinar “Action Points on Diversity and Inclusion”. Whether you are a senior partner or a rising arbitrator, this webinar is for those who are interested in equality-related issues in the arbitration community. We will provide you with insights, practical know-how, and guidance. The webinar will have its starting point with the 2022 Update on the ICCA Report of Cross-Institutional Task Force on Gender Diversity in Arbitral Appointments and Proceedings. The report is a great toolkit for practitioners, and based on the data analysis we will further explore with our stellar panel how to promote diversity in international arbitration and give you concrete advice on how to do this.The panel will be moderated by Raffaela Isepponi (Legal Counsel at the SCC Arbitration Institute and Board Member of SWAN) introductory remarks by Caroline Falconer (Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute, Co-Founder of SWAN).Kathryn Britten, Alix Partners Managing Director and Partner, Co-Founder of the Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses Pledge.
