近日，亚洲领先的酒店管理运营商 ONYX 曜俪酒店集团宣布，任命蔡熠先生(Ethan Cai)为资深副总裁及中国区负责人，以强化集团拓展中国市场的长期决心。蔡熠先生于上海的中国区区域办公室履新，并直接向 ONYX 曜俪酒店集团运营部行政副总裁 Craig Bond 汇报。

蔡熠先生将负责集团旗下中国区所有酒店和服务式公寓的运营和发展，并积极寻找全新的业务和项目商机，掌管集团在中国区的持续拓展和全新项目的开业筹备工作，其中包括即将开业的长春钜城莎玛汇酒店以及海口莎玛汇服务式公寓酒店。蔡熠先生将其超过 20 年的丰富经验带到了 ONYX 曜俪酒店集团。

在加入 ONYX 曜俪之前，蔡熠先生曾联合创立了一家专注于开发应用于酒店业务的智能机器人的旅游创新公司。他的职业生涯开始于凯悦集团，是久负盛名的上海金茂君悦大酒店的开业团队成员。后期他逐步晋升为中国金茂集团的高级管理人员，成为其酒店部门的总经理。金茂集团是中国顶级的房地产开发商之一，在中国拥有多处著名的豪华酒店及度假村项目。其后，他在中国和日本的摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)房地产投资和资产服务咨询部门担任多个高级职位，并负责其基金在中国经济型酒店连锁的投资管理，参与完成了当时国内最大的酒店行业并购案之一。蔡熠先生也曾作为欧洲领先的旅游地产开发商和营运商璞蔚集团的中国合资企业的核心创始团队之一，带领业务拓展团队在 18 个月内为该公司在中国境内签下了 11 个不同的发展项目。

Ms. Cathy Xia was appointed as General Manager of Hilton Wuhan Riverside. Ms. Cathy Xia has been served for IHG and Marriot hotels in several cities across China, which brings her rich finance insights and outstanding leadership. Prior to this appointment, she was the General Manager of Sheraton Hohhot Hotel.

Ms. Cathy Xia brings with her over 30 years’ high-end international brand hotel management experiences.  As a native of Wuhan, who used to work in Wuhan for 10 years, she has gained strong finance knowledge and great network. 近日，希尔顿任命沈艺先生Mr. Tony Shen为杭州西湖希尔顿嘉悦里酒店好客大师（总经理），全面负责酒店开业筹备阶段及开业后的运营及战略管理工作。在酒店开业筹备阶段，沈艺先生将直接向希尔顿大中华及蒙古地区酒店开业高级总监Bob Xu先生汇报工作，酒店开业后将直接向希尔顿浙江区域酒店总经理Alan Zhan先生汇报工作。

Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tony Shen as the Chief Enthusiast (General Manager) of Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake. He will be fully responsible for hotel overall operation and strategic management during pre-opening period and after hotel opening. In his new role, he will report to Bob Xu, Senior director Openings, GC&M during the pre-opening period and directly report to Alan Zhan, Area General Manager, Zhejiang Area after Hotel opened in December in this year.

Mr. Tony Shen has more than 26 years working experience in hospitality industry. He has served for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Hilton and accumulate rich international hotel management experience. Prior to his current position, he was the director of operation of Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao. With the strong Food & Beverage background, professional operation experience, keen marketing insight, excellent leadership and creative mindset, and also in the light of pursuing excellence and inventive spirit, Mr. Tony Shen will lead Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake team to create the new benchmark Hotel and F&B in Hangzhou Market.

5、上海滴水湖皇冠假日酒店任命行政助理经理——高旺先生

上海滴水湖皇冠假日酒店宣布任命高旺（Andy Gao）先生为行政助理经理，协助总经理负责酒店的日常运营和管理工作。高旺先生拥有超过15年酒店从业经验和专业酒店市场销售背景，曾在温德姆、希尔顿等酒店集团担任要职，积累了酒店营销战略分析、会议与团队、收益分析以及市场推广等板块的丰富经验。

Recently, Ervin Liu has been appointed as Director of Operations of Hilton Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. He will assist the General Manager to be responsible for the hotel's pre-opening preparation and operation department management.

Ervin joined hotel career over 27 years. Before he joined the hotel, he had worked in Shangri-La、Raffles、Hyatt、IHG & Hilton group. He has good working experience in Food & Beverage as well as hotel operation management. Prior to this appointment, he was the Executive Assistant Manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin.

We believed that his rich operating experience and outstanding leadership skills will inject new vitality into the successful opening of the hotel and create a home away from home experience for guests.

南京绿地洲际酒店任命袁昕（Adam Yuan）先生为酒店市场销售总监，他将全面负责酒店营销战略和市场推广工作。

履新前，袁昕先生就职于上海外滩悦榕庄酒店并担任市场销售总监职务。他有着超过20年的酒店工作经验，其中15年在上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店工作，尤其擅长市场销售管理，亦善于建立高效默契且有活力的团队。

黄少敏女士毕业于浙江科技学院，获得英语言文学专业学士学位。2007年 1月她加入宁波东港喜来登酒店开始其在酒店行业的职业发展，随后她在喜达屋旗下酒店及新加坡泛太平洋集团旗下酒店的人力资源部任职，在人力资源管理方面拥有丰富的工作经验。黄少敏女士于2016年8月加入凯悦酒店集团，在加入兰州凯悦酒店之前担任长白山柏悦酒店及凯悦酒店的人力资源部总监。 

Stella Huang has been selected as Director of Human Resources of Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, effective 20th July, 2020. 

Stel la Huang graduated from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology and held Bachelor Degree of English and Culture. She began her tenure with Sheraton Hotel Ningbo in January 2007 and advanced her career through various management positions with Starwood Hotels and Pan Pacific Hotels Group in Human Resources Department, which provided her with rich operation and management experience of Human Resources . Stella joined Hyatt family in Aug. 2016 and her last appointment before joining Hyatt Regency Lanzhou was the Director of Human Resources of Park Hyatt & Hyatt Regency Changbaishan.

福州东湖万豪酒店任命魏超为酒店人力资源总监，他将全面负责酒店开业筹备期间阶段和开业后的人力资源管理及员工培训工作。

Will Wei has more than 10 years working and human resources management experience in international hotel chain, he has worked for Renaissance Sanya Resort & Spa, Haikou Marriott Hotel, Sheraton Dongguan Hotel and Sheraton Guangzhou Nansha Hotel, which accumulated rich Human Resource management experience. Prior to his current position, Will Wei worked as Director of human resources in a complex hotel - Foshan Marriott Hotel & Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Foshan. Will Wei is not only a Human Resource Management Professor, but also a First Aid facilitator. 黄乐乐女士于2020年8月10日加入兰州凯悦酒店担任财务部总监并主持部门工作。

黄乐乐女士于2007年毕业于加拿大圣玛丽大学，持有会计和金融双学位及加拿大特许专业会计师证。毕业以后一直在加拿大从事财务管理相关的工作。在七年多的时间里，黄乐乐女士先后在加拿大的施特来德咨询管理公司及阿尔餐饮公司任职累积了丰富的关于会计、经营、战略、管理等方面的经验。2017年3月，黄乐乐女士加入北京柏悦酒店任职财务部经理。鉴于其在工作中展现出的专业技能及管理技能，因此在2018年1月擢升为财务部副总监至今。

Ms Lele Huang has been selected as Director of Finance of Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, effective 10th Aug, 2020.

Lele is holding Bachelor Degrees in Commerce, dual major in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary’s University，holding Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. In the following 7 years, Lele accumulated rich blend of accounting, operations, strategic, administrative and leadership talents in Stride Management Corp., R-Bar & Grill Ltd., Canada . In March 2017, Lele joined Park Hyatt Beijing as Finance Manager, and because of her excellent performance she was advanced to Assistant Director of Finance till present since January 2018.

近日，深圳君悦酒店任命陈怡和（Mr. Edwin Chan）为餐饮服务部行政总监，他将全面负责酒店8个餐厅及宴会服务在内的餐饮服务部日常运营及管理工作。

陈怡和先生出生于中国香港，于1986年毕业于瑞士理诺士国际酒店管理学院，随后在香港新世界酒店开启他的的酒店与餐饮事业生涯。作为一位资深的酒店与餐饮从业专业人员，陈先生履历颇丰，积累了深厚的酒店及餐饮管理经验。他不仅先后在香港酒店服务协会、职业训练局基础餐饮服务部、香港学术及职业资历评审局等专业性极高的酒店与餐饮行业组织中担任过重要角色，更曾在多家星级酒店及餐饮品牌任要职。

张毅先生，自2020年09月07日起正式任命为宁波杭州湾凯悦酒店餐饮部总监。

张毅先生自1998年开始，于上海浦东香格里拉大酒店会议宴会服务部开启了他的职业生涯。后晋升为会议宴会运营经理及餐饮部经理，任职上海瑞士大酒店。2016年加入上海五角场凯悦酒店筹备开业团队，协助酒店成功开业。被任命为宁波杭州湾凯悦酒店餐饮部总监之前，他担任青岛香格里拉大酒店餐饮部副总监。

Mr. Johnny Zhang has been selected as Director of F&B  of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 07th September, 2020.

Johnny started his career in Events Service at Shangri-La Hotel Shanghai, Pudong. He then joined Swiss Hotel Shanghai as Banquet Operation Manager and F&B Manager. In 2016, as pre-opening team member of Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang, he assisted the hotel in opening successfully. His most recent posting was as the Assistant Director of F&B at Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao prior to joining Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

Welcome Johnny back to Hyatt family, wish him all the success leading the F&B team to provide memorable experience to guests and achieve satisfactory financial results in his new appointment.

中国陶都半岛酒店正式任命王良德先生出任行政主厨一职，全面负责酒店厨房的日常运营及厨师团队管理工作。

王良德先生是注册中国烹饪大师，无锡市第四批非物质文化遗产传承人，师从濮泉焕、杨建兴。他拥有超40年的行业经验，是无锡第一个集“中国饭店行业协会中国烹饪大师”与“中国烹饪协会中国烹饪大师”两大头衔于一身的“双料”大师。

王良德先生曾多次亲自主理外国元首及党和国家领导人的接待并代表无锡市政府参加香港及新加坡厨艺表演，是新中国成立70周年江苏餐饮业功勋烹饪大师。

王良德先生将以其在厨师领域的深厚造诣、过硬的专业能力及出色的管理能力带领酒店扩展更广阔的市场，促进和提升客人的满意度和忠诚度。

Mr.Wang Liangde has been recently appointed to the position of Executive Chief of Taodu Peninsula Hotel，fully responsible for the daily operation of the hotel kitchen and the management of the chef team.

Mr. Wang Liangde is a registered Chinese culinary master, the fourth batch of Wuxi intangible cultural heritage，and learn from Mr.Pu Quanhuan and Mr.Yang Jianxing. He has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, and is the first "double master" in Wuxi, who holds the titles of "Chinese Culinary Master" of China Hospitality Association and "Chinese Culinary Master" of China Cuisine Association.

Mr. Wang Liangde has responsible for the reception of nations’ leaders for many times and participated in the culinary performances of Hong Kong and Singapore on behalf of the Wuxi Government. He is entitled as outstanding culinary master by the Jiangsu catering industry on the 70th anniversary of People's Republic of China.
