近日，希尔顿集团宣布任命陈汉泉（Clarence Tan）先生为亚太区项目开发高级副总裁，并自2021年5月1日起正式生效。陈汉泉先生将全面领导亚太区整体开发战略，推动希尔顿集团旗下品牌在亚太区的不断发展，并持续为业主创造更优质的回报。

陈汉泉先生拥有超过二十年丰富的行业经验。在加入希尔顿之前他在国际性酒店管理与发展公司Valor Hospitality担任负责人，提供企业顾问支持。在此之前，他曾担任千禧国敦酒店集团首席执行官，并曾在洲际酒店集团担任多个高级领导职务，包括日本、韩国和东南亚地区首席运营官以及亚洲、中东和非洲地区首席财务官与首席发展官，领导团队全面负责酒店布局规划、设计建造和发展战略等多项事务。在陈汉泉先生的职业生涯中，他不仅领导团队不断在区域内引进全新酒店品牌，还成功开发了多家具有代表性的亚太区酒店，在此过程中，陈汉泉先生也在业主和投资圈内建立了良好的关系。

出生于新加坡的陈汉泉先生拥有南洋理工大学会计学学士学位，有一个美满的家庭，育有四个子女。他将长驻希尔顿亚太区新加坡总部办公室，并向希尔顿亚太区总裁艾伦·瓦茨（Alan Watts）和希尔顿首席财务官兼全球发展总裁凯文·雅克布（Kevin Jacobs）汇报。

王华章先生自2017年11月加入西安临潼悦椿温泉酒店担任总经理，凭借独特的视野和敏锐的市场战略布局，带领酒店团队实现了财务收益，在他的管理与指导下将西安临潼悦椿温泉酒店打造成了西安度假酒店的一张名片。自2020年开始，王华章先生在悦榕集团可持续发展和中国悦榕管理学院中国协调中心（BTMA）的指导下，率先在中国区建立了可持续发展和人才发展中心。作为区域总经理，王华章先生将监督和领导的酒店，以确保其财务和运营业绩，同时保持西安临潼悦椿温泉酒店总经理和BTMA资源中心负责人的职责，希望王华章先生用其敏锐的洞察力和卓越的领导力，带领酒店团队开启新的篇章。

Recently, Banyan Tree Group has appointed Charles Wang as the regional general manager. Charles graduated from Bournemouth University with a bachelor's degree in international hotel and tourism management. With 27 years of international hotel brand management experience, he has worked in many global hotel management groups, and his career in many city and countries. Charles has made great achievements in innovation, talent development and in-depth brand management, showing rich hotel management experience.

Charles has been the general manager of Angsana Xian Lintong since November 2017. With his unique vision and keen market strategic layout, Under his management and guidance, he not only led the hotel team to achieve the financial goals. he has built Angsana Xi'an Lintong into a business card of Xi'an Resort Hotels. Since 2020, Charles has taken the lead in establishing the Sustainability development and Talent development center in China under the guidance of banyan group's sustainable development and BTMA. As a regional general manager, Charles will supervise and lead the hotel to ensure its financial and operational performance, while maintaining the responsibilities of general manager and head of BTMA Chian Surpporting Center. 近日，张霁先生被任命为上海松江假日酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店的日常运营和团队管理工作， 张霁先生有着20余年丰富的酒店管理经验，曾任洲际酒店集团、万豪集团等多家国际品牌酒店及度假村的高级管理人员，并在成本控制等方面卓有成效。此次履新前，张霁先生先后任上海夏阳湖皇冠假日酒店、南京银城皇冠假日等多家酒店的总经理。

Recently, IHG announced the appointment of Henry Zhao as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Hohhot City Center. In his new role, Mr. Henry will be fully responsible for the pre-opening, strategic development and management of the hotel.

Mr. Randy Zhang started his hospitality career in 2003 and has nearly 18 years of experience in the kitchen management of starred hotels, with knowledge of Michelin-starred restaurants. He has worked in different hotel brands in Xi 'an, Chengdu, Shenyang and other cities. Prior to his new role, he served as Executive Chef of Shenyang Shangri-La Hotel.
