最新任命 | 黎燕燕女士担任安徽湖南湖北河南区域总经理及郑州希尔顿酒店总经理

近日，希尔顿集团正式任命黎燕燕女士（Dianna Lai）担任安徽、湖南、湖北、河南区域酒店总经理及郑州希尔顿酒店总经理一职，在全面负责郑州希尔顿酒店运营的同时，协调区域内八家酒店的运营和管理工作。

黎燕燕女士来自中国香港，是一位资深且充满热情的专业酒店管理者，在二十多年的酒店职业生涯中，她的足迹遍布香港、上海、天津、宁波、苏州、武汉及泉州等多个城市，先后于万豪、希尔顿酒店管理集团担任多个高级管理职务。黎燕燕女士在市场战略、收益管理、餐饮创新、宾客满意度、人才培养及酒店运营等方面展现出了非凡的领导力和洞察力，对酒店行业有着独到深刻的见解。

此次履新前，黎燕燕女士担任希尔顿福建区域酒店总经理及泉州泉商希尔顿酒店总经理一职，任职两年间，纵使全球新冠疫情对酒店行业带来巨大冲击，但凭借出色的领导力和团队协作精神，黎燕燕女士带领福建区域八家酒店一路蓬勃发展，将区域综合业绩提高到了新的高度，在市场拓展、人才培育、践行企业社会责任等方面创造了多项佳绩，进一步扩大了希尔顿在福建地区酒店市场的号召力和影响力。

We are delighted to announce that Ms. Dianna Lai will assume the position of Area GM of Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Henan province as well as the General Manager of Hilton Zhengzhou. In addition to her property role, she also will be overseeing operation of the eight hotels in the said four provinces.

Ms. Dianna Lai comes from Hongkong, China, she is a proven experienced, passionate and professional hotelier in the hospitality industry, in her more than 20 years’ hotel career, Ms. Lai has held senior management positions in Marriott and Hilton in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tianjin, Ningbo, Suzhou, Wuhan and Quanzhou. Her solid and diversified experience has endowed herself with prominent leadership skills, insight and unique views in regard to market strategy, revenue management, F&B innovation, guest satisfaction, talent development and hotel management.

Prior to joining Hilton Zhengzhou, Ms. Lai was the Area GM of Fujian Province and General Manager of Hilton Quanzhou Riverside. During her two years’ tenure, though COVID-19 has brought huge impact on hotel industry, the eight hotels under Ms. Lai still gained significant growth and many new records were set with her excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, which to further expand the market appeal and influence of Hilton in Fujian Area.

As the Chinese saying goes, females are as excellent as their male peers. As one of the few female Area General Managers of Hilton, the charm and advantages of female leadership are fully reflected in Ms. Lai. She is courageous, but also delicate and gentle. Because of this, she has led the team to make many achievements along the way.

Ms. Lai has rich and solid F&B experience, as the pioneer and chair lady of Hilton GCM Chinese Restaurant working group, she always pays attention to details and is good at empathizing with customers' wants and needs. She is innovate and open to new trends, which has injected a steady flow of new power into Hilton F&B development.
