1、凯悦集团任命中国区全球销售区域副总裁——夏如女士

近日，夏如女士刚被任命担任凯悦集团中国区全球销售区域副总裁一职，凯悦集团中国区总部设在上海。Linda主要负责推进凯悦集团旗下全球酒店的销售策略，同步优化酒店整体销售的利润表现。她较擅长销售分配管理，策略创建和运营执行，并重在发掘集团内部有潜力的销售人员和跟进数字化在线管理。

Linda拥有超过15年的酒店业务经验，曾在区域销售团队中担任重要管理职务，曾担任中国区资深MICE全球销售总监，销售总监，业务发展总监和项目管理。在现任职务之前，她担任了凯悦集团中国区全球销售主管一职。

Linda于1998年毕业于华东师范大学，并拥有国际经济法学士学位。她的个人兴趣爱好是阅读和旅行。

Linda Xia has been nominated as Regional Vice President of Global Sales, China for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, based out of Shanghai. Since February 2019, Linda has been responsible for driving collaborative initiatives focusing on sales strategy and profit performance. She specializes in sales distribution management, and strategy creation and execution. Linda has also been instrumental in creating a sales and digital management culture within the company.

With over 15 years’ hospitality experience, Linda has held leadership positions within the Regional Sales Team including Director of Sales, Business Development Director and project management. Prior to her current position, she was Head of Global Sales, China in Hyatt group.

Linda graduated from “China East Normal University” in 1998 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economy Law. Her personal interests include reading and traveling.

2、武汉光谷凯悦酒店任命总经理——杨秋湖先生

近日，武汉光谷凯悦酒店任命杨秋湖先生为总经理，全面负责酒店总体营运及业务发展工作。

杨秋湖先生来自北京，先后就职于洲际，马可孛罗及凯悦酒店集团，拥有超过二十余年的国际品牌酒店营运及管理经验，职业足迹遍布北京，郑州，沈阳，三亚，上海，成都等城市。在加入武汉光谷凯悦酒店之前，杨秋湖先生担任成都象南里凯悦嘉轩酒店及成都象南里凯悦嘉寓酒店总经理，带领酒店团队成功开拓了成都市场，为两家酒店实现品牌美誉度及收益提升的双丰收。

凭着精益求精的工作态度及对服务行业的一腔热情，杨秋湖先生成功筹开多家酒店，并在任职期间培养了其卓越的领导才能和对市场的敏锐洞察力。杨秋湖先生表示：“ 我很期待与武汉的团队协作共赢，我们将专注于提升酒店收益及服务水准，继续打造凯悦在本区域的品牌美誉及核心影响力。”

Mr. Elen Yang has been appointed as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Wuhan Optics Valley, effective from March 1, 2021. He will be fully in charge of hotel operations and business development.

Mr. Elen Yang is originally from Beijing and he has held numerous senior management positions in IHG, Marco Polo and Hyatt group. With more than 20 years working experience in hospitality industry, he has expanded his career map throughout China. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Wuhan Optics Valley, Mr. Yang was the General Manager of Hyatt Place Chengdu Pebble Walk and Hyatt House Chengdu Pebble Walk. During his tenure, Mr. Yang has built sound brand awareness and achieved remarkable revenue results in the local market.

Detail-oriented and with great passion to the industry, Mr. Yang has successfully opened several hotels, from the experience of which he has matured his leadership skills and nurtured great market insights. Mr. Yang says: “ I look forward to working with the Wuhan team, focusing on both revenue and service and continuing to build Hyatt’s leading position in the region.”

3、广州W酒店任命总经理——梁卓茹女士

近日，广州W酒店正式任命梁卓茹女士为酒店总经理，并全面负责酒店各方面事物的运营及管理工作。梁卓茹女士将运用其20多年丰富的管理经验、卓越的技能以及对W酒店品牌的无比热情继续引领广州W酒店-大中华区首家W酒店，为客人提供创新的随时/随需®服务理念，为团队注入新的活力。加入W酒店，梁卓茹女士将与团队一起开拓新的酒店市场，以创新者的角色为我们传递非传统奢华酒店所能带出的不一样的体验和生活方式，致力将广州W酒店打造成一间非凡超卓的酒店。

Helen has a wealth of hospitality experience with her career in Marriott International Hotels, her solid academic knowledge has develop a strong foundation for her storied career, particularly in hotel market development and sales. Helen took an important role as the Hotel Manager of the Marriott Guangzhou Tianhe Hotel in 2010 and was promoted to the General Manager two years after with her qualities in leadership, strategic planning and market insight, her performance was recognized with back to back ‘Asia Pacific Leadership Excellence General Manager Awards 2013 and 2014’, a great testament to her overall business acumen and ability to develop and inspire high performing teams. Helen also was awarded as ‘Chivalric Order’ by the 3rd Elites Award, and ‘Top 10 (Industry) Brand Innovative Personality Award in China’ in the 10th Asia Brand Ceremony. Prior to this assignment, she was the General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen for 4 years, where she led the team to achieve brilliant performance and results. In the same year that she joined the hotel, she was awarded as The Year of Best General Manager of Asia Pacific in Marriott International Group and Jinmao Hotel Group in 2017.

4、重庆希尔顿酒店任命总经理——赵宇鹏先生

近日，重庆希尔顿酒店任命赵宇鹏先生为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店管理及运营。赵宇鹏先生从大学毕业归来投身酒店行业，拥有超过15年的国际品牌酒店管理经验，曾先后任职于雅高、洲际、希尔顿等国际酒店集团。

此次履新前，赵宇鹏先生作为营运总监任职于北京首都机场希尔顿酒店，见证并亲历了酒店的蓬勃发展历程。此外，赵宇鹏先生还作为过渡总经理支援乌鲁木齐康莱德酒店的开业筹备。多年丰富的酒店管理经验，赋予身为总经理的赵宇鹏先生非凡的洞察力以及对酒店管理的独特见解。在追求酒店整体收益最大化的同时，时刻关注宾客体验，期待酒店在赵宇鹏先生的带领下焕发新的活力，让进入中国市场的第三家希尔顿成为老牌酒店的标杆。

Hilton Chongqing has appointed Mr. Zhao Yupeng as The General Manager of the hotel, who is responsible for hotel management and operations. Mr. Zhao, who devoted himself to the hotel industry after graduating from Hotel School, North link College, Cape Town. He has more than 15 years of international brand hotel management experience. Mr. Zhao worked in several international hotel groups such as Accor Group, InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton Worldwide.

Before taking his new post, Mr. Zhao has worked in Hilton Beijing Capital Airport, witnessing the flourishing development. Prior to join us, Mr. Zhao has taken the opportunity to support Conrad Urumqi for a pre-opening project as the Interim General Manager. Years of rich experience in hotel management has given Mr. Zhao, the general manager, an extraordinary and unique insight into hotel management. While pursuing the maximization of the hotel's overall revenue, we always focus on the guest experience and strive to make the hotel the benchmark for the historic hotel as the third Hilton hotel in China.

5、江西萍乡凯光美爵酒店任命总经理——侯亚奇先生

法国雅高酒店集团任命侯亚奇先生就任江西萍乡凯光美爵酒店总经理一职，他将全面负责酒店筹备及开业后的战略发展和运营管理工作。

侯亚奇先生拥有丰富的国内外酒店从业及管理经验，曾在广州白天鹅宾馆、喜达屋酒店及度假村、洲际集团、雅高集团等国内外知名酒店管理集团工作及担任要职。此次履新前，侯亚奇先生曾担任长沙会展宜必思尚品酒店总经理一职。

作为一名专业又充满激情的酒店职业经理人，侯亚奇先生通过其专业的管理经验，对酒店的经营战略、市场营销及推广等工作进行全面把控，带领酒店团队持续高效地创造成就。未来，我们相信他将凭借对酒店行业独到的见解与创新的思维带领团队打造赣西首家国际五星级酒店。

Accor hotels has appointed Mr. Spencer Hou as the General Manager of Grand Mercure Pingxiang Kaiguang Hotel. In his new role, Spencer will be fully responsible for the Pre-opening, Strategic development and Management of the hotel.

Spencer, being an experienced hotel manager, he had worked for numerous renowned Hotels and Hotel Chains as ‘The White Swan Hotel’, ‘Starwood Hotels & Resorts’, ‘InterContinental Group’ and ‘Accor Hotels’. Prior to joining Grand Mercure Pingxiang Kaiguang Hotel, he took the responsibility at ‘Ibis Styles Changsha International Exhibition Centre’ as General Manager.

As a professional and a passionate hotelier, Spencer dedicated his professional experience to explore business strategies and to lead the hotel team to accomplish outstanding achievements in every respect. 6、赣州沃尔顿美仑国际酒店任命总经理——李文先生

华住集团旗下江西赣州沃尔顿美仑国际酒店荣幸的宣布任命李文先生于2021年3月1日起担任酒店总经理一职，将全面负责酒店的整体日常运营和管理工作。

7、珠海仁恒洲际酒店任命餐饮总监——梁翰辉先生

近日，珠海仁恒洲际酒店正式任命梁翰辉先生为餐饮总监，他将协助总经理管理酒店餐饮的运营工作，整合各项资源、强化产品和服务，进一步提升酒店的盈利和产品知名度。

梁翰辉先生来自马来西亚，于2002年以餐厅服务员的身份进入酒店业，至今已有19年的从业经历，有着成熟而独到的行业见解和经验。他先后服务于香格里拉、悦榕庄、马可波罗等知名品牌并担任餐饮管理要职。多年的从业经验铸就梁先生锐意求新、高效行动的工作风格，在以往餐饮运营和管理的过程中，善于潜入多渠道推行产品，引领团队发掘同行业鲜有的创意理念并创造营收佳绩。

梁翰辉先生性格开朗幽默；工作之余他喜欢登山、旅游和探索各地美食。此次任命，相信他将带领团队为酒店餐饮运营再创佳绩。

He will response to assist the General Manager in managing the daily operation of restaurants & bars, integrating resources, improving products and services, and striving for hotel's profitability.

Mr. Gary Leong is from Malaysia. He has been serving in hospitality industry for 19 years starting from 2002. He experienced different dynamic brands including Shangri-La, Banyan Tree, and Marco Polo, etc, among different cities. He attaches importance to staff cohesion, creation and efficient actions and He is revenue driven and standard service-oriented. He likes to seek in diversified channels for promotions, with his rare idea differs greatly in industry and enjoys sparks from both inspiration and interaction.

Mr. Gary Leong gets good sense of humor with people. During his spare time, He has the passion on traveling, hiking and exploring the stories behind food round the areas. He will deliver his enthusiasm and contribution to the operation of hotel food and beverage in this new position.

8、成都群光君悦酒店任命工程部总监——何永川先生

2021年03月15日开始，何永川先生将担任成都群光君悦酒店工程部总监。

何永川先生于 2000 年进入酒店行业，担任四川九寨沟喜来登酒店值班工程师，开始了他的酒店职业生涯。2005 年至 2010 年期间，何永川先生曾先后担任德阳太平洋国际饭店、郑州上街雅乐轩酒店工程部经理职位。2012 年 6 月，凭借出色的工作表现，何永川先生加入三亚福朋喜来登酒店开业筹备团队，担任工程部总监并随后任职于三亚海棠湾威斯汀度假酒店及成都安仁福朋喜来登酒店担任同等职位。2017 年 10 月，何永川先生加入厦门五缘湾凯悦酒店担任工程部总监直至此次履新。

Mr. Gene He has been selected as Director of Engineering at Grand Hyatt Chengdu effective from March 15th, 2021.

Gene commenced his hospitality career in 2000 as Duty Engineer at Sheraton Jiuzhaigou Resort Hotel. From 2005 to 2010, he worked in Deyang Pacific International Hotel and Aloft Zhengzhou Shangjie Hotel respectively as Engineering Manager. In 2012, with his excellent performance, Gene joined Four Points by Sheraton Sanya preopening team as Director of Engineering and subsequently worked in Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Anren in the same capacity. In October 2017, Gene joined Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan and has taking his current position as Director of Engineering since then.

9、新力酒店及度假村任命工程安全总监——曹越先生

曹越（Mr.York CAO）先生本科毕业于广州白云学院电子信息工程系。职业生涯曾在万达集团投资有限公司广州分公司、洲际集团、南昌万达嘉华酒店、长白山万达度假酒店群、杭州新天地集团酒店有限公司、恒大集团海花岛旅游运营管理公司等项目任要职。历任工程技术经理、工程保安总工、工程总监、酒店群工程总监、酒管公司总部工程管理总监、区域工程总监等要职。在过往工作经验中能根据国际品牌酒店工程管理模式结合业主酒管公司特色而独立建立一套工程安全管理运作体系经验，还能在酒管公司战略层面有独到见解。

此履新前，曹越先生担任恒大集团海花岛旅游运营管理公司区域工程总监。带领150余人工程团队全权负责酒店群（7000间客房）、会议会展、运动健康中心、中央公园、五国温泉等建筑面积100万平方米工程运营管理工作。
