胡安先生拥有23年的酒店职业生涯以及2年的在线旅行分销经验，他在酒店运营和销售方面具有非常丰富的工作经验。

Andy has 23 years of working experience in hospitality industry and 2 years working experience of Online Travel Agents industry. He brings with him strong hotel Operations and Commercial knowledge.

He has worked on many of International brands before joining Hilton, including Sheraton, Westin, Luxury Collection and St. Regis. He has leant and gained abundant pre-opening knowledge and operations skills that will surely make our first property in Changsha a great success. Andy’s extensive experience and market knowledge makes him uniquely suited to balance Hilton’s responsibilities to our owners, team members and guests.

近日，郑立欣先生被任命为南宁江南智选假日酒店总经理，全面负责酒店筹备、运营及管理工作。在此之前，他于景德镇万枫酒店担任总经理。

郑先生曾服务于多家知名酒店管理集团，并且参与筹备开业多家酒店。在酒店房务方面拥有近二十年的丰富经验，在宾客满意度提升方面有着非常卓越的成绩。更值得一提的是，在艰难的2020年中，在他优秀的领导力带领下，他所管理的团队员工有长达半年以上实现了零流失率。

Eric has been appointed as a General Manager of Holiday Inn Express Nanning Jiangnan, in his new role, Eric will be responsible for the hotel pre-opening, operations and management. Previously, he was a General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott, Jingdezhen.

Eric has an experience in the hotel industry for more than 20 years and served in several well-known hotel management groups, also being a part of successful pre-opening team. Throughout these years, Eric achieved excellent results in improving guest satisfaction, and most remarkably, under Eric’s excellent leadership, he and his team overcame difficulties in 2020, and achieved zero loss rates for up to half year.

Mr. William Liu has been appointed as the Director of Operations of the Hilton Hefei recently.

A dedicated hotelier with more than 12 years of experience, who possesses a vast knowledge of hospitality and brings along working experiences of many outstanding international hotel brands.

Recently, Mr. Richie Cao has been appointed as Director of Engineering, who will be in charge of engineering operations for Crowne Plaza Chongqing New North Zone.

Mr. Richie has 13-year engineering operation and working experience. He has generated professional skills and expertise during the career in many five-star hotels of Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Wanda Hotels & Resorts. With his solid skills, rigorous spirit, powerful executive force and rich management experience, he has led his team to contribute a lot in maintenance operating and energy conservation and emission reduction.

Ms. Stephanie Wu has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou.

Originally from Shandong Province, Stephanie studied Hotel Management and graduated from Surrey University in the UK in 2011. More than 10 years of experience working in hotels has enriched her hotel F&B management and operation skills. Stephanie formerly held management positions in the F&B departments of The Churchill, Hyatt Regency London, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou and Waldorf Astoria Beijing. Prior to returning to Hyatt, and for the past three years, Stephanie was in charge of all outlets and banquets as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Shangri-La's China World Summit Wing, a landmark hotel in the middle of CBD in Beijing.

With enduring persistence and enthusiasm for the hotel industry, Stephanie will combine her solid theoretical catering knowledge and overseas Hyatt hotel management experience to work closely with the team and open a new chapter for Grand Hyatt Hangzhou.

近日，重庆解放碑威斯汀酒店任命孙晟先生为新任餐饮总监，他将全面负责酒店餐饮服务运营及管理工作。

孙晟先生来自上海，职业生涯始于2004年1月，以餐饮实习生的身份加入上海虹桥喜来登酒店，自此便开始了他在酒店行业的职业蓝图，随后，他曾先后于万豪国际集团、雅高集团、凯悦集团等旗下酒店就职，足迹遍布上海、澳门、广州等地。十六年的餐饮工作及管理经历，让他在酒店餐饮运营方面积累了丰富的工作经验，在加入重庆解放碑威斯汀酒店之前，孙晟先生于广州柏悦酒店担任助理餐饮总监一职。

孙晟先生拥有过人的沟通能力与创造力，相信孙晟先生的加入，又将为重庆解放碑威斯汀酒店注入一轮新活力，也期待酒店餐饮团队在他的带领下，为本地及外来食客创造更多里程碑式的餐饮新体验。

胡兆明来自驰名中外、盛产名厨的“美食之都”香港，他从小深受当地饮食文化的启发与影响，对粤菜有着极大的热情和优异的天赋。他最早在香港开始了为厨生涯，曾先后在诸多高级餐厅和奢华酒店任职，足迹遍布国内的北京和汕头、以及韩国的首尔等地，积累了精致中餐的丰富阅历和对不同客群的理解。40年深厚的烹饪和厨房管理经验，令他备受团队尊敬，是一位成熟可靠、给人启发的资深前辈。

其中最引人注目的莫过于2016年11月，他曾助首尔四季酒店的豫园中餐厅一举摘得米其林一星的荣誉，当时成为首尔唯一评星米其林的中餐厅。随着他加入天津四季酒店，胡兆明将带领中餐团队为连续三年蝉联点评黑珍珠的津韵中餐厅注入活力、提升品质，为宾客创造更加不凡的美食体验。

每到一个新的地方工作，胡兆明都热衷于发掘运用当地特色及时令食材，结合地道的粤菜烹饪手法，创意研发出新的菜品。他的烹饪理念围绕保持主食材的原本风味，同时在经典粤菜中注入创新理念和现代摆盘。工作之余，他喜欢发掘美食、上网冲浪以及跟家人外出旅行。

加入北京新世界酒店之前，陈峰先生曾担任三亚保利瑰丽酒店的行政副总厨。在此之前，陈先生曾先后任职于多家国际五星级品牌酒店，分别于瑰丽酒店集团、万豪酒店集团与香格里拉酒店集团旗下品牌连锁酒店任职，积累了宝贵的后厨运营及团队管理经验。凭借丰富的专业经验及行业背景，陈先生将带领他的团队为宾客带来全新的餐饮体验。

King Chen has been appointed executive chef of New World Beijing, overseeing the culinary operations of two restaurants and bars and catering of all hotel meetings and functions. Born in China, Chef Chen has devoted himself to international hospitality food and beverage for more than 17 years and master in Southeast Asian Cuisine and North China Cuisine.

Prior to joining New World Beijing, Chef Chen held the position of executive sous chef  at Rosewood Sanya. Previously, he worked with several other international five-star hotel brands, like Rosewood hotel group, Marriott hotel group and Shangri-la hotel group. Chef Chen has developed extensive experience in the management and operations of culinary teams. With his great passion for food and cooking, Chef Chen is thrilled to share his extensive experience with the culinary team through strong leadership and excellent dining experience for guests.

The 309-room New World Beijing Hotel is the closest deluxe hotel to Temple of Heaven, and is conveniently located near Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Wangfujing shopping district. Peter Wang has served in various international brands, such as Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group and other upscale restaurants and private clubs. He has gained experience in food and beverage management, sales expertise as well as staff-training and culinary skills from over 27-year’s working experience.

During his career in InterContinental Hotels Resort Jiuzhai Paradise, he has successfully fulfilled the reception of domestic and overseas state leaders more than once and achieved the outstanding performance of one month revenue to 18 million at cuisine selling, which made him earned a good reputation and praise.
