广州文华东方酒店总经理 Mr. Eric Blomeyer
近日，酒店业资深人士Eric Blomeyer被任命为广州文华东方酒店总经理，凭借丰富的酒店管理经验以及对文华东方品牌文化独到的见解，Blomeyer先生将积极投身于他的全新角色。 在此次履新之前，Blomeyer先生先后于三亚文华东方酒店和上海浦东文华东方酒店担任酒店经理一职。Blomeyer先生对广州文华东方酒店非常熟悉，他曾于2012-2015年期间担任酒店餐饮总监，为优质餐饮体验打下了坚实的基础，其中包括此后获得广州米其林二星荣誉的粤菜餐厅江-由辉师傅主理。Eric来自德国，曾服务于中国及亚太地区的多个奢华酒店品牌并担任要职，包括北京莱佛士酒店，新加坡莱佛士酒店，柬埔寨莱佛士皇家酒店以及柬埔寨吴哥大饭店，深谙奢华服务理念并对此始终抱有热忱。对于本次任命，Eric说：“再次回到广州文华东方酒店，我感到非常高兴，同时也非常荣幸，能带领酒店继续为宾客创造奢华旅宿体验。”
邝永祥先生于2020年11月9日被任命为兰州凯悦酒店担任餐饮部总监并主持部门工作。 邝永祥先生拥有超过14年的酒店业从业经验，2006年7月邝永祥先生加入上海金茂君悦酒店，并从餐饮部的一名实习生一路发展成为餐厅副经理。2013年4月，邝永祥先生加入上海静安香格里拉开业筹备团队，担任1515牛排馆服务经理；2013年12月加入卡勃餐厅任职营运经理；2015年12月邝永祥先生加入上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店，担任餐厅经理；2017年3月，他回归凯悦集团，出任上海环球港凯悦的餐厅经理，并因其出色表现于2018年1月升任杭州君悦酒店的餐饮部副总监。在加入兰州凯悦酒店之前，邝永祥先生在上海柏悦酒店任职餐饮部副总监。Mr. Theo Kuanghas been selected as Director of F&B of Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, effective 09November, 2020.Theo has over 14years hotel working experience. In 2006 Theo joined Grand Hyatt Shanghaistarting as a trainee and was then promoted to Assistant Outlet Manager in 7years. In Apr 2013 Theo joined Jing An Shangri-la, West Shanghai Pre-OpeningTeam as Service Manager in charge of the 1515 West chophouse and Bar. In Dec2013 Theo joined Capo at Rockbund asOperation Manager and he moved to The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai as OutletManager in Dec 2015. In March 2017 Theo came back to Hyatt and was appointed asOutlet manager at Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Global Harbor and was promoted toAssistant Director of F&B at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou in Jan 2018.Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Lanzhou Theo was the Assistant Directorof F&B at Park Hyatt Shanghai.
