招聘岗位

1.Engineer 工程部技工

3-4.5千/月

负责维修保养酒店厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、各种给排水、蒸汽系统、热交换器和健身房设备等,确保设备处于良好的运转状态,降低影响正常运转的时间。

1.       Obey the rules for the team member; do work according to arrangement by supervisor.

遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度,听从指令服从工作安排。

2.       To ensure that all the plumbing equipment(valves,pipes,drainage,toilets,pantry,etc) of the Hotel running smoothly, if some problem(noise,vibrating,leaking,odour,etc) can not be solved at once, report to the supervisor, the supervisor should arrange team member to solve at the first time and report to Chief Engineer.

确保大厦各机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作,如发现上述设备有毛病,不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的,要及时向主管工程师报告;主管应报告给总工程师并组织人员排除,把情况及时汇报总监。

3.       Team member  on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.

当班机管设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线,巡查管辖的设备,并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。

4.       Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.

当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具,接到工程任务或维修单后,立即赶到现场尽快完成,并随后汇报主管或领班。

5.       Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.

除每天维修和运行工作外,应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容,不得随意改动,不准弄虚作假、偷工减料,按质按量完成设备保养计划。

6.       Write down the daily working on Log Book.

每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿。

7.       Keep clean of the working area.

保持设备及工作地区的洁净。

8.       Pay more attention to the fire-fighting system, emergency exits, check and record. To ensure that fire-fighting valves are open.

落实所有防火措施,紧急出口门和相应的防火和作业安全措施。每班次都需检查一次落簿签认,特别保证防火水闸处于常开状态,并挂牌标明。

9.       Team member cannot leave the working post without Chief Engineer’s approval.

工作时间没有总工程师的允许,不得擅自离开岗位和酒店。

10.   The team member should make a working report monthly, and forward to supervisor check and file.

每月份由领班做出工作汇总报告,并交主管工程存查。

11.   Give good suggestion on work anytime.

随时提出有益、有建设性的意见。

12.   The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

13.   Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。

2.宴会销售经理 (职位编号:01)

4.5-6千/月

宴会销售经理主要负责成功的接待10间房以上团队生意,在宴会销售总监的协调管理下,寻找商机,保证有效的沟通与客户和各部门有效的协调。

1.       Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads /inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed event.

当销售团队操纵生意案例/ 需求(价格策略、特殊需求)时给予建议和支持,了使生意质询转变为确认的事件。

2.       Prepares proposals / contracts for leads / inquiries received from Sales Managers.

当从销售经理处拿到生意需求时,及时为客户准备计划书/合同等。

3.       Follows through from negotiation until departure for events assigned.

对于分派的会议事件从开始要坚持谈判。

4.       Liaises with clients on finalising details and gives professional advice on set-ups and planning of events.

和客户一起商谈最终细节并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的忠告和建议。

5.       Practices up-selling at all opportunities to maximise revenue.

尽***可能去提升销售额在所有机会。

6.       Ensures effective communication with clients and internal departments.

保证与客户和酒店各部门有效的沟通。

7.       Responsible for the dissemination of groups related information to other departments e.g. issues Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes and chairs pre-event meeting.

将团队涉及信息分发至酒店各部门。例如:发宴会通知单,团队摘要和准备会议讲座。

8.       Maintains close co-ordination with respective departments on organisers’ requirements and last minute event requirements.

在会议组织着有需求或有紧急需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。

9.       Be visible to organisers and clients during their event/group dates and monitors guest satisfaction.

让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。

10.   Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.

检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作,在所有的时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。

11.   Regularly reviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.

有规律的回顾主要帐户抛入并确保其准确性,需要和客户一起回顾帐单以调整最终发票清单。

12.   Maintains close communication with concerned Sales Manager during the process.

在工作进行中与相关销售经理维持持续沟通。

13.   Involves concerned Sales Manager during post-event meeting and post-event follow up such as sending Thank you letter & Post-Event Critique forms together.

14.   Verifies total charges and layout of invoices prepared by Accounts Receivable and sends out to orgnisers.

15.   Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions .

16.   Refers leads and sends Event Profile information to relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO (if any).

17.   Maintains the active Event Profile Database & Group Chart.

18.   Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.

19.   Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).

20.   Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.

23.   Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

25.   Arranges relationship building visitations when necessary.

34.   The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

3.餐饮部服务员

2-3千/月

在交班前,交班中和交班后检查餐厅内部设施的摆设和清洁。


Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.


 友好地,以礼貌的方式向客人问好,并想客人讲解餐厅的每日特色和促销活动。


Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.


认真记录客人点的菜单,向客人重复其所点菜单,并检查菜单


Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.


通过将所点菜品输入进电脑,告知厨房菜单的细节与详情


When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.


完成对客人所点菜品的确认,准确无误后,要准确无误的给客人上菜。对于未成年人和及其兴奋的客人,上含酒精进料时,要遵守当地,国家的法律法规。


Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.

Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.


调查并留意对于甜品和咖啡的特殊需求


Ascertain guest satisfaction and present check. Process check per hotel procedures.、


询问客人的满意度并得到反馈。按照酒店的程序向客人展示账单。
