中航嘉信合作伙伴 - 达美航空将于6月25日起恢复中美航线

6月22日，中航嘉信合作伙伴- 达美航空宣布将于6月25日起恢复西雅图-上海浦东航线，该航线经停首尔仁川机场，每周运营两班。其后7月起，达美航空将恢复运营西雅图-上海浦东、底特律-上海浦东航线，该航线同样经停仁川机场，每周运营一班。客户可通过中航嘉信、达美航空官网、Fly Delta应用程序等渠道订票。自今年2月由于新冠疫情原因暂时停飞中美航线后，达美航空是第一家恢复中美航线的美国航企。

达美航空大中华区及新加坡总裁黄康表示：“随着经济和社会活动逐步恢复正常，达美航空顺利恢复了中美航班，我们感到十分振奋。联结世界是达美航空的使命，我们始终致力于把客户安全安心地送达目的地，尤其是在当下这样的关键时期。目前，我们正在实施前所未有的健康安全措施，确保客户在出行全程都能倍感舒心和安全。“

上海浦东-西雅图航线将由达美航空最新的旗舰客机空客A350执飞，为乘客提供清洁安全的出行服务。此外，达美航空基于医疗专家的建议和客户反馈，实时更新最佳的安全实践，推出了不断提升的客户关怀新标准。达美航空还设立了全球清洁部门，专注于不断创新，进一步提升其领先的清洁标准。

达美航空在地面和空中实施的健康安全举措包括：

• 所有航班在出发前均采用静电喷洒消毒，在登机前对客舱内所有高频接触区域进行消毒。

• 客机安装先进的配备HEPA过滤器的空气循环系统，可以滤除99.99%的极微小颗粒物，包括病毒。

• 调整登机流程，按照由后向前的顺序登机，减少乘客前往座位时从他人身边经过的机会。

• 精简机上餐食和饮品服务，鼓励乘客自带食品和非酒精饮料，减少与他人接触的机会。

• 锁定中间座位、减少每个航班的乘客数量，为客户和员工提供更多的安全空间。对于国际航班，达美至臻商务舱套间的客座率不超过75%，达美尊尚经济舱和经济舱的客座率不超过60%。

• 所有乘客均需全程佩戴口罩，从机场值机到所有接触点，包括达美飞凡贵宾室、登机口区域、登机廊桥、机上飞行全程，仅用餐时除外。达美航空将为乘客免费提供口罩，乘客可按需领取，值机柜台和登机口等区域均备有免洗消毒液。

达美航空建议乘客提前查询并确认中国和美国关于COVID-19检测筛查的出入境相关规定。

CWT China Preferred Airlines - Delta to Resume Flights between U.S. and China from June 25

CWT China Preferred Airlines - Delta AirLines announced it will re-start its services between Seattle and Shanghai-Pudong via Seoul-Incheon on June 25, operating twice per week. FromJuly and beyond, it will operate once weekly flights from Seattle and Detroit,also via Incheon. The tickets are open for booking on all channels including CWTChina, Delta.com and Fly Delta app. Delta is the first U.S. airline tore-connect the U.S. and China since the temporary suspension in February due tothe outbreak of COVID-19.

“We are excited to resume our servicesbetween the U.S. and China, as economic and social activities start torecover,” said Wong Hong, President for Greater China and Singapore, Delta AirLines. “With a mission to connect the world, Delta is committed to getting ourcustomers to their destinations safely and confidently, especially at thiscritical time. We are implementing unprecedented health and safety measures andpractices, so customers are ensured of ease and safety at all points of theirjourney.”

The Shanghai Pudong-Seattle flights will beserved with Delta’s latest flagship A350 aircraft, bringing clean and safeservices to customers. Moreover, Delta is constantly updating best practices andimproving the new standard of care based on expert medical advice and thefeedback of customers. The airline has also launched a GlobalCleanliness Division dedicated to innovating and evolving its already-highcleanliness standards.

Delta’s health and safety measures on the groundand in the air include:

• Sanitizing all aircraft withelectrostatic sprayer before departure and extensive pre-flight disinfectionof high-touch points throughout the aircraft interior.

• Using state-of-the-art aircirculation systems with HEPA filters that extract more than 99.99% ofparticles, including viruses. 

• Adjusting the boardingprocess to back-to-front, reducing the need for customers to pass oneanother. 

• Streamliningonboard food and beverage service and encouraging customers to packtheir own food and non-alcoholic beverages to decrease touchpoints. 

• Giving customers andemployees more space for safer travel by blocking middle seats,reducing the number of customers on each flight. For internationalflights, Delta is capping seating at 75% in Delta One Suite, and 60% in DeltaPremium Select and Main Cabin.

• All customers are required towear face coverings during travel, starting with check-in and across Deltatouchpoints including Delta Sky Clubs, boarding gate areas, jet bridges and onboard the aircraft for the duration of the flight – except during meal service.Complimentary face masks are available on request and hand sanitizers areprovided at check-in counters and boarding area.

Customers are encouraged to checkoutbound/entry policies regarding COVID-19 testing and screening in China andthe U.S.
