近日，唐鸣（Tyrone Tang）先生正式出任锦江国际酒店管理有限公司首席执行官一职。锦江国际酒店管理有限公司与丽笙酒店集团中国区合力协同推进业务全方位发展，并推出全新业务架构“锦江丽笙酒店”。唐鸣先生将负责“锦江丽笙酒店”旗下中国区酒店的战略实施、运营管理等事务，并推动市场拓展。

在加入锦江国际酒店管理有限公司之前，唐鸣先生任复星旅游文化集团副总裁，致力于打造世界级的文旅产品和品牌。此前，唐鸣先生还担任世茂集团酒店管理公司总裁，引入先进的酒店资产管理理念，全面提升酒店投资回报率以及酒店资产的保值增值。他的精深专业知识和丰富经验令其成为中国酒店业的宝贵财富。

九龙仓酒店集团任命武汉马哥孛罗酒店总经理

乔根才先生

近日，九龙仓酒店集团任命乔根才先生为武汉马哥孛罗酒店总经理。

乔根才先生来自中国香港，在他的职业生涯中，他一直是一位充满激情的酒店领导者，具有与来自不同背景的客人和行业同行建立联系的天赋。他的酒店事业始于香港丽晶酒店餐饮部实习生，多年来不断晋升。他亦曾在万豪酒店集团、香格里拉酒店集团、凯悦酒店集团和洲际酒店集团旗下的多家国际连锁酒店担任过不同的管理职位。他曾涉足的国家和地区包括澳大利亚凯恩斯、印度尼西亚泗水；江苏常州、广东中山、四川成都、陕西西安、湖南长沙、重庆、上海以及之前在中国武汉的职位。他拥有澳大利亚格里菲斯大学的酒店管理学位，在加入武汉马哥孛罗酒店之前，他曾担任上海佘山洲际酒店总经理。

Wharf Hotels delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Johnny Kiu to the position of General Manager Marco Polo Wuhan as of 11 September 2023.

Mr. Johnny Kiu, who was born and raised in Hong Kong, has been a passionate hospitality advocate and leader throughout his career with a talent for connecting with people, guests and industry peers from different backgrounds. After completing secondary school, he started as a catering intern at The Regent Hong Kong and over the years, steadily rose through the ranks, He has taken on different managerial positions with various international hotel chains, including Marriott, Shangri-La, Hyatt and InterContinental. His travels and geographical locations has included Cairns, Queensland, Australia; Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia; Changzhou, Jiangsu; Zhongshan, Guangdong; Chengdu, Sichuan; Xi’an, Shanxi; Changsha Hunan; Chongqing, Shanghai as well as a previous position in Wuhan, Hubei in China. He holds a degree in hospitality management from Griffith University in the Gold Coast, Australia and before joining Marco Polo Wuhan, he served as General Manager of InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland.

He is a committed hotelier who is vibrant, self-driven, and service-oriented mindset, and he has a wealth of hospitality expertise ranging from city center business hotels to resort destinations, which makes him an obvious choice for the new role. Johnny consistently demonstrates good business sense and is capable of enhancing performance in both pre-opening and hotels with a storied market presence that need his experience. His commercial orientation and flexibility extends to work that does not adhere to predetermined formulas. He will surely make a substantial contribution to Marco Polo Wuhan, strengthening the reputation and performance of the hotel and further elevate guest experience for both accommodation as well as dining successfully post renovation of the hotel.

Besides spending time with his family, Mr. Kiu likes Swimming, Skiing, Scuba Diving, Horse Riding and Snooker.

邝永祥先生

近日，深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店任命邝永祥先生担任酒店经理一职，负责酒店管理及日常运营工作。

邝永祥先生拥有17年以上资深的酒店工作经验，曾任职于君悦、洲际、丽思卡尔顿、柏悦等多家国际奢华品牌并担任餐饮要职，在凯悦集团逾13年以上的餐饮工作经验，多元兼国际化的工作经验让他积累了丰富的阅历和培养了卓越的领导才能。邝永祥先生的大部分职业生涯都是在餐饮领域成长的，这为他在餐饮相关领域的工作打下了坚实的基础，也培养了他敏锐的商业洞察力及各方面成熟而独到的见解和创新的领导思维。在本次履新前，邝永祥先生担任神州半岛君悦酒店餐饮总监一职，参与酒店筹备开业工作。

吴艳丽女士拥有超过20多年的酒店从业经验，并先后就职于多个国际酒店品牌担任重要的管理职位，包扩雅高，洲际，丽笙酒店集团等。富有战略思维并善于在市场竞争中充分发挥酒店的优势以赢得更多的市场份额; 知人善用且擅长激励团队、激发灵感，令团队彰显活力与创意。履新之前，担任苏州纽威丽筠酒店总经理。以创新的产品提升客人的入住体验，并带领团队在各方面取得骄人的业绩。在整体运营方面拥有卓越的领导力和丰富的酒店管理经验。

Recently, Accor Group officially appointed Ms. Michelle Wu as the General Manager of Pullman Zhouzhuang, with overall responsibility for the hotel operations and strategic development.

Ms. Wu has more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, also has worked with different international hotel brands, such as Accor Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, Radisson Hotels Group and so on in her career. Prior to this post, Ms. Wu acted as the General Manager for Radisson Suzhou. 武汉汉阳威斯汀酒店任命行政总厨

徐亚常先生

近日，武汉汉阳威斯汀酒店宣布晋升徐亚常先生(Charlie Xu)为酒店行政总厨，全面负责酒店餐饮出品及厨房团队的日常运营及管理工作。

徐亚常先生作为地道的广东人，在国际品牌酒店深耕钻研粤式菜肴的烹饪艺术近35年，曾先后任职于香格里拉、万豪等酒店品牌，在高端接待和大型宴会方面拥有着卓越的统筹管理能力。此次晋升之前，徐亚常任职武汉汉阳威斯汀酒店中餐厅行政总厨，担任云汀中餐厅东江菜肴主理人，成功完成酒店筹备工作，并出色承接相关中餐及宴会接待工作。

徐亚常一直坚持以心至膳，用匠心精神投入到粤式菜肴的研发和烹制中，对待美食犹如穿针引线般细致入微，将客家人包容的个性融合在食物中，与客人建立深厚的情感和信任。此次晋升后，不仅持续为云汀中餐厅输出高品质的东江菜肴，更是全方位地带领酒店厨师团队，不断探索美食与本地特色的融合创新，为宾客打造难忘的用餐体验。

Mr. Charlie Xu has been promoted to the Executive Chef of The Westin Wuhan Hanyang. He will be responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel's food and beverage production and kitchen team.

As a native Cantonese, Charlie Xu has been deeply studying the culinary art of Cantonese cuisine in international brand hotels for nearly 35 years，and he has worked for Shangri-La, Marriott and other hotels. He has excellent management ability in high level reception and banquets. Prior to this promotion, Charlie served as the Executive Chef of the Chinese Restaurant at The Westin Wuhan Hanyang where he successfully completed the pre-opening work and excelled in handling relevant reception work for grand opening.

Charlie Xu always insists on cooking with his heart, devoting himself to the research and development and cooking of Cantonese cuisine with ingenuity. He integrates the inclusive personality of Hakka into the food to establish deep emotion and trust with the guests. After this promotion, he not only continues to deliver high-quality Dongjiang cuisine for Yunting Chinese Restaurant, but also constantly leads the chef team to explore the integration and innovation of cuisine and local characteristics, and creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.
