田野先生拥有逾20年的酒店行业从业经验，积累了丰富的酒店运营和管理经验。曾在万达酒店及度假村、万豪集团、洲际等知名国际连锁酒店担任重要职位，足迹遍布三亚、南昌、天津、北京等城市。在加入北京千禧大酒店之前，田野先生担任万达酒店及度假村华北及海外商业发展中心区域总经理一职，负责万达旗下高星品牌和海外发展。

Mr. Jacky Tian has been appointed as the General Manager of Grand Millennium Beijing.
Mr. Jacky Tian is a veteran in the hospitality industry with more than 2 decades of hospitality experience. Jacky has held various senior key positions with well-established international hotel chains, such as Wanda Hotel and Resorts, Marriott Group, IHG, etc., spread across the China, including Sanya, Nanchang, Tianjin and Beijing. Prior to joining us, Jacky worked at Wanda Hotel and Resorts as Area GM of Business Development Center North China& Over-seas, in charge of Wanda's high-scale brands and overseas development.
Jacky will lead and drive the overall performance of the Grand Millennium Beijing. With his keen marketing insight, excellent leadership and rich experience, Mr. Jacky Tian will lead the hotel team to achieve better achievement.

Recently, Hilton has appointed Ms. Michelle Zhang as Cluster General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo Beilun & DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo Chunxiao. She will be fully responsible for the overall operation of both hotels through her creative management and excellent leadership.
Michelle Zhang has almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including Accor Hotels, Banyan Tree, Park Hyatt and Golden Union Hotels. She also worked for IHG with 6 hotels pre-opening experience in 7 years.

Ms. Angel Li has been appointed as the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Huailai recently.
She has more than 20 years of extensive experiences in the hospitality industry. And worked in the operation and sales field at different hotel groups, such as Marriott, Accor, InterContinental and Wanda, in key management positions .
In 2020, Angel has been transferred to the Crowne Plaza Huailai. where she has been a loyalty staff for the hotel and for IHG, as she has developed herself in this hotel from Director of Sales & Marketing to be Executive Assistant Manager prior to this appointment. Angel has been well trained in her career in this hotel by attending various IHG leadership programs.
Angel is a good example of Room to Grow for local talent and female leader in IHG, will take advantage of her experience in hotel management and rich yet unique insights on sales and marketing to continue exploring and innovating the hotel market in Zhangjiakou.
