UPDATE: More Chinese embassies have updated VISA policies

I bet you are not the only one. China will further adjust the issuance of visas and measures targeting foreign visitors entering the country starting from 12 am on March 15 following a nearly three-year suspension.
China’s Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday that foreign visitors holding valid visas issued before March 28, 2020 can now enter China.
Meanwhile, responsible authorities abroad will resume the issuance of visas for foreigners travelling to China, while port authorities will resume the issuance for qualified ports visas.
In addition, the use of multiple visa-free access will resume for foreign holders entering South China’s Hainan Province and travelling on cruise trips arriving in Shanghai. Foreigners entering Guangdong Province from Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions via group tours and group tours from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations to Guilin in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will also enjoy the visa-free access.
