It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong kicked off the 2022 holiday season with a number of festive events and themes.
This year, the theme of the hotel is "Winter Wonderland”. Guests will walk into a wonderful and refreshing snowy paradise, complete with snowflakes, twinkling stars, garlands and camellias. A fantastic fairy tale world is recreated throughout the hotel with winter-themed elements allowing guests to immerse themselves in a unique holiday experience, embarking on a fantastic JW Marriott Marquis Christmas journey.
The first JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in China, was unveiled in Shanghai in August of 2019. The overall design is inspired by an intertwining of both natural and modern styles. Located in Pudong District beside the Huangpu River and near Lujiazui CBD, the hotel has 510 rooms, 3,200 square meters of meeting space and 6 outlets including an all-day dining restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge and two bars, one in the main hotel and one located on the rooftop. The carefully and masterfully designed hotel aims at providing a subtle, yet luxurious atmosphere, while also delivering top-notch entertainment and amenities to all of their valued guests.
"Family by JW" is a global program of the JW Marriott Hotel brand, deeply influenced and inspired by the inheritance and wishes of Mr. Willard Marriott and Mrs. Alice Marriott, providing creative experiences, as well as customized parent-child activities for children aged from 5 to 12 to meet guests’ needs with an exciting and comfortable stay. A variety of theme rooms are full of colorful childlike elements, such as unicorns, dreamy rainforests, an underwater world and more, allowing even the littlest of guests to drift away in a spectacular and dreamlike wonderland. The rooms are especially equipped with a variety of children's products, including size-appropriate slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and children's bathing suits to ensure health and care down to the smallest of details.
