Recently Courtyard by Marriott Chongli
officially announced the appointment of Mr. Raoul Lu as the general manager,
who will be fully responsible for the hotel pre-opening and operation.

Mr. Raoul Lu, engaged in the hotel front
office after the graduation, opened a career as a hotelier. Over the past
decades of his career in the hotel industry, he has served as the general
manager of various upper upscale hotels over 20 years, working for
international brands such as Marriott, Howard Johnson, Kempinski, Marco Polo,
etc.

Many years of management experience have
shaped him excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, outstanding
leadership and in-depth thinking and unique insights particularly in design of
hotel pre-opening, market development and internal control management. He
advocates and adheres to create a good hotel culture, attaches great importance
to service and guest experience at service touchpoints, leads his team by
example and trust, and gives full play to the initiative of the team, which has
not only been embraced by the staff but also gained the recognition of many
owners - this all makes him an extremely valuable leader in each organization.
With that, he has won numerous awards in the industry.

麦格迪先生

近日，麦格迪先生 (Magdy S.Abdel.Halim)出任上海扬子江丽笙精选酒店总经理。

麦格迪先生在酒店行业拥有27年的酒店管理经验，是一位充满激情与活力的国际酒店管理者，在管理领导团队发展方面有着非常丰富、成功的经验，多次带领团队取得了辉煌的经营业绩。在2020-2021年期间，他曾任职丽笙酒店集团旗下重庆丽笙世嘉酒店及重庆南温泉丽笙酒店总经理。

拥有十余年在中国担任酒店总经理的经验造就麦格迪先生对中国市场的独特远见。他曾任沈阳索菲特丽都酒店、哈尔滨万达酒店及度假村、沈阳玛丽蒂姆酒店、埃及玛丽蒂姆（酒店管理集团）多家国际品牌酒店总经理。此外，麦格迪先生拥有丰富的市场营销经验，曾在万豪酒店和费尔蒙酒店任职; 还有着作为大学客座教授的深厚经验，在执教5年间他致力于市场研究，将经验和知识传递给新一代酒店人。

Mr. Magdy Halim has been appointed as
General Manager, Radisson Collection Hotel, Yangtze Shanghai, effective 1st
September 2022.

With 27 years of experience in the
hospitality industry, Mr. Magdy is a dynamic international hotelier with a
proven track record of successfully leading team development and engagement
while driving positive financial results. Between 2020-2021 he was associated
with Radisson Hotel Group, where he was General Manager of Radisson Blu Plaza
Hotel Chongqing and Radisson Chongqing South Hot Spring.

Mr. Magdy has over a decade of experience
serving as General Manager in China. He has worked as a General Manager of
Sofitel Shenyang Lido, Wanda Hotels & Resort, Harbin, Maritim Hotel
Shenyang, Maritim HMS (Hotel Management Services International GmbH) in Egypt.
Moreover, Mr. Magdy possesses strong sales & marketing background with position
in Marriott and Fairmont and also took a roll as University senior lecturer for
5 years to teach the bachelor degree of hospitality marketing resources.

陈庄先生

近日，昆明宜良华美达温泉酒店正式任命陈庄担任餐饮部总监。他将全面负责酒店餐饮部的日常运营和管理工作。

陈庄先生毕业于海南大学，加入酒店行业已有17余年，拥有丰富的酒店管理经验。曾在万豪国际酒店集团旗下品牌工作过，此次履新前，陈庄先生在云南迪庆华美达酒店担任餐饮部负责人一职，任职期间带队参加云南香格里拉市第一届职业技能大赛，获“餐饮服务”第一名好成绩。

Bruce Chen Graduated from Hainan University with he more than
17 years of experience in the hospitality industry.he has worked for Marriott
International brand,The most recent role of Bruce Chen had been F&B Manager
of RAMADA BY WYNDHAM DIQING,During my tenure,I led the team to participate in
the first Professional Skills Competition in Shangri-La City,Yunnan
Province,and won first prize in catering service.

曾超先生拥有近12年的国际品牌工作经验，曾服务于香格里拉、洲际、万达等国际酒店品牌。此次履新前，在南昌融创万达文华酒店担任前厅部经理一职。我们相信曾超先生将凭借自身丰富的酒店工作经验以及对酒店事业的热情和专业精神，带领团队不断进步，提升酒店品质，为宾客提供卓越的体验。

Recently, Mr. Brown Zeng was appointed as
Director of Rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Nanchang, and will be fully
responsible for the operation and management of the Front Office, the
Housekeeping Department. He will uphold Marriott International Hotels Group's
concept of pursuing excellence, create a pleasant stay experience for guests,
and strive to improve the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction index.

Mr. Brown has nearly 12 years of international
brand work experience and has served international hotel brands such as
Shangri-La, Intercontinental, and Wanda.Before the new performance, he served
as the front office manager in Wanda Vista Nanchang.We believe that he will
lead the team to continuously improve with his rich hotel work experience and
his enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel business, improve the quality
of hotels, and provide guests with an excellent experience.
