李新先生,从管培生起步,已在酒店行业历练十余年。自2009年开始,他先后在华住、维也纳、首旅如家、希尔顿欢朋等知名酒店品牌担任重要管理职位,曾带领团队创下单日最高Rvepar600元的成绩,并筹开过4家酒店、带领6家酒店稳健运营。拥有深厚酒店管理经验的李新先生,能让济南时代总部基地枫渡酒店为客人带来不同于日常的多样生活方式体验。

王超先生
长春国际会展中心枫渡酒店
总经理



王超先生履新前,曾先后在奢华酒店、温泉度假酒店、政府酒店负责销售工作,并在桔子水晶(收购前)、建国饭店担任酒店总经理,任职期间酒店成绩斐然。他曾管理过客房300间,宴会80桌(不含包房) 体量的酒店,创下过RP1300以上的佳绩,任期内也多次接手困难酒店并扭亏为盈。


王超先生对枫渡品牌有着深刻的认同与坚守,曾先后参与过武汉雄楚大道枫渡酒店、南昌红谷滩枫渡酒店、德阳广汉枫渡酒店的筹建及开业工作。其管理的长春国际会展中心枫渡酒店是长春当地标杆性的数字化酒店,设置有140间客房。在他的带领下,酒店于2022年8月份正式开业,并在开业后连续三天OCC100%。

近日,北京四季酒店任命王莉茗女士担任总经理。


北京四季酒店现任总经理王莉茗女士在回想最初是如何懵懂却又坚定地进入酒店行业时如此说道。“在我的成长过程中,住在各式奢华酒店被认为是一种真正的奢侈,而且常常是很难得的机会。而每当我路过酒店时,我总是被豪华的大堂和高素质的工作人员所吸引。我喜欢旅行,并一直想以酒店行业为职业,因为我认为当我的职业和我所热爱的事物结合在一起时,这将是完美的。所以我决定学习酒店管理,并最终开始在酒店行业工作,将其作为终身职业。”

王莉茗女士与四季酒店结缘于中国的广州。“我仍然清晰的记得,我走进这家四季酒店,看到员工们是如何关注每一个细节、如何精心布置花艺装饰,更感染我的是每一位员工真诚的微笑,让我觉得他们是发自内心地热爱和享受这份工作。”王莉茗女士回忆自己对四季酒店的第一印象时如是说道。“食物是美味的,服务是无可挑剔的,并伴随着著名的珠江和广州塔令人惊艳的景色。”


王莉茗女士从加入酒店行业伊始便怀揣着一个甜蜜的梦想,她回忆道。“我非常想成为一名糕点师。当我在学生时代到访巴黎时,我被巴黎无限多的高级糕点店、面包店和巧克力店所吸引。五颜六色的精致马卡龙、歌剧蛋糕等各式甜品,以及萦绕在空气中的甜蜜香气激发了我的好奇心。”王莉茗女士总结道。“回顾我的职业生涯,我不会将自己局限于酒店中的任何一个部门,很简单,我就是一名酒店经理人。”


王莉茗女士的职业征程和足迹历经亚洲各大奢华品牌酒店,最终抵达北京。“亚洲国家和城市总是莫名吸引着我、让我产生无限的好奇和探索的欲望。不经意间,我已经在亚洲各个地方度过了数十年的光阴。”东方文化中对人的理解和态度,在王莉茗女士看来是她在亚洲工作最大的收获。“东方文化中对人的关怀备至的态度,超乎期望的服务水平,以及积极进取的理念,是最重要的文化瑰宝。”

appointed Ms. Lili Wong as General Manager.

Recalling memories of how she determinedly
started out in the hospitality industry in the early days, Ms. Lili Wong,
General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, said: “Back then, an opportunity
to stay in a fancy hotel was not only rare, but a real luxury. Each time I
walked past a hotel, the lavish lobby and well-mannered staff always caught my
attention. I enjoyed traveling and always knew I had a vocation to work in the
hospitality industry, so I thought it would be perfect to make my passion into
my career. That’s why I decided to focus my studies on
hospitality management and to my great joy, it became it my lifelong career.”


Beijing, a thriving ancient city with
long-standing cultural heritage and vibrant art vibes, is a unique place where
the cultures of the East and West meet. The city sowed and nurtured the seeds
of Ms. Wong’s later career decision
long ago. “I’m amazed by China’s rapid growth, and I enjoy the vibrancy and convenience of living
in Beijing. I adore the city for its perfect blend of tradition and modernity,
and I never fail to be impressed by the traditional architecture here. The city
achieves an ideal balance between the old and the new. I love wandering down
the narrow streets lined with those gorgeous courtyard houses and am fascinated
to see how the people of Beijing spend their day. Moreover, I rejoice in the
fact that one can always discover the unique beauty of each season in this
place where my hunger for traditional Chinese culture can be satisfied. It was
this love affair which ultimately convinced me that Beijing was calling me,” said Ms. Wong.


As a flagship hotel under the Four Seasons
brand in China’s capital city, the Four
Seasons Hotel Beijing has established and retains a deservedly fine reputation
in the upper echelons of the quality accommodation market since its grand
opening. For Ms. Lili Wong, taking over Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is both a
dream come true and a challenge. She understands and enthuses over the very
heart of the city residents, and their trademark qualities. “I appreciate the persistence, optimism and enthusiasm of the Chinese
people, and I like their passion for work,” said Ms.
Wong, “Of course Beijing has long been an international
metropolis. It is complex and constantly evolving, fashionable and modern, and

the Four Seasons Hotel here as we explore and reach new and exciting horizons
together.”


Ms. Wong and the Four Seasons brand go back
many years to the Chinese city of Guangzhou. “I still remember clearly how the staff at Four Seasons
Hotel there paid attention to every little detail, even down to their
meticulous floral decorations. I also recall being charmed by their
ever-smiling faces. They seemed to overflow with passion for what they were
doing.” As for the food, Ms. Lili Wong is equally
forthright when she recalls her first impression of the Four Seasons brand, “The food was awesome, the service impeccable, and as for the
stunning view of the Pearl River and Canton Tower, it was unforgettable.”


Ms. Wong’s early days in the business were driven by passion
born in one of Europe’s great culinary cities. As she
recalled: “Back then, as a student, I travelled to
Paris and found myself deeply intrigued by the huge number of patisseries and
boulangeries as well as artisan chocolateries in the French capital. I found
the sweet aromas of macarons, opera cakes and so many more gateaux made them
simply irresistible.” Has she moved on? “I loved them and still do, but I could never have limited myself to
one specific sector of the hospitality industry. I have always had this
overriding ambition to reach the highest levels of hotel management.”


After a wealth of experience in a variety of
luxury hotel brands in Asia, Ms. Wong is now gracing the Beijing stage. “I am an explorer at heart,
fascinated by Asian countries and cities. I have been lucky enough to live and
work in several such locations over the last ten years.” In Ms. Wong’s view, the perception and
attitude towards people in eastern culture has taught her the most. “It’s absolutely critical in my line of work.
A caring attitude towards people, a service level that always exceeds
expectations by some distance and a progressive mindset for the future are for
me the most important treasures of eastern culture.”


Ms. Lili Wong firmly believes that it is the
duty of hotel managers to create an inspiring and dynamic work environment in

餐饮总监



近日,北京四季酒店任命于喆先生担任餐饮总监一职。于喆先生硕士毕业于法国瓦岱勒国际商学院酒店管理专业,自2006年加入酒店行业至今,工作足迹遍布法国、布鲁塞尔、北京和沈阳,在国内外多个酒店品牌积累了丰富的餐饮工作经验,多元化的工作环境使他了解中西方文化的特质,能更好地掌握客人的喜好及需求。

 

通过过往的工作经验,于喆先生充分了解客房部、管家服务、行政酒廊及会员接待等部门的运营情况,并在中餐厅、全日制餐厅及大堂酒廊有着非常丰富的餐厅运营经验,擅长餐饮管理及大型活动的运营。于喆先生曾于2012年在北京四季酒店开业之际担任Opus大堂酒廊副经理,并拥有5家酒店的开业经验,具备良好的团队合作精神,善于沟通并具备领导力。此次回到北京四季酒店他表示非常荣幸和开心,北京四季酒店的经典奢华也使他十分难忘,相信再次携手定将带来新的改变与精彩。
 
Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has recently appointed Mr. Yu Zhe as
Director of Food and Beverage. Mr. Yu has a master’s degree in hospitality
management from Vatel International Business School in France and has been
working in the hospitality industry since 2006. His rich experience with renowned
hotel brands in France, Brussels, Beijing, Shenyang, etc. has nurtured his
acumen in dealing with the eastern and western cultures, thus allowing him to
better understand the preferences and needs of guests.
 
Not only is Mr. Yu versed in the operations relating to
housekeeping, butler service, executive lounge and member reception, he is an
expert with a track record of operating Chinese restaurants, all-day
restaurants, and lobby lounges. Catering management and large event operation
are his areas of expertise. As a specialist who played a part in the openings
of five hotels, Mr. Yu contributed to the grand opening of Four Seasons Hotel
Beijing in 2012 as Deputy Manager of Opus Lounge, showcasing impressive
teamwork spirit, communication skills and leadership. He said that he was very
honored and excited to be back to Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. Building on the
Hotel’s classy luxury, he is bound to bring new splendor through this
collaboration.

近日,Club Med
Joyview北京延庆度假村任命吴丛先生为新任行政总厨,他将全面负责度假村的餐厅及厨房的运营及管理工作。

从15岁开始在厨房接触烹饪,拥有20多年的丰富工作经验。曾在英国伯恩茅斯学院接受过专业烹饪学习,先后服务于希尔顿、君悦、香格里拉和瑰丽等多个国际酒店品牌。因为酷爱法式菜品制作,在2015年加入澳门美高梅酒店担任法餐厨师长,自2018年后逐渐走向厨房行政管理岗位,专注于厨师对自身培养和菜品的品质研究。

韦萨尼先生

近日,北京四季酒店任命韦萨尼先生担任行政总厨一职。

“想要取得更好的成就需要保持谦逊,谦逊可以为任何人打开一扇门,让人们感受到你的热情,去实现更好的结果,正因完美不存在,所以我们总是可以做得更好“,这是韦萨尼一直秉承的宗旨。韦萨尼出生在意大利博洛尼亚省的伊莫拉,小时候和祖母一起在小农场中的生活使他对食材的新鲜度、季节性有了良好的掌握,切菜、炖牛肉、做脆饼让他从很小便开始接触烹饪,祖母为一家人烹饪的热情也使他对此产生了浓烈的兴趣。家庭是一切开始的地方,而这一切都呈现在了他的每一道菜品当中。

韦萨尼15岁时开始了他的第一份厨师工作,在IPSSA烹饪学校的学习更是激发了韦萨尼钻研意大利美食的浓厚兴趣,在伦敦又得到了米其林星级名厨马可·托里的真传。从意大利到英国,从中国到日本,“在做一道菜之前,我会想象不同的食材、味道、颜色、香料和香气,然后会画出这道菜来敲定小细节并真正了解它。”他讲道,“看到客人、家人或朋友脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容,那是纯粹的快乐和成就感,因为通过食物我们创造了可以永远持续的记忆。”

2019年夏天,韦萨尼在尼罗河广场的开罗四季酒店开启了他的四季生涯,带来了新的美食灵感,推出了全新的菜品,并在此过程中进行不同地域的美食融合,尝试新的餐饮理念,为客人创造更好的用餐体验。意大利人倾向于从基础开始,作为行政总厨,他认为评估烹饪产品、考虑新菜品以及调整和更新烹饪操作始终是新任厨师的首要任务。

对韦萨尼来说,当拥有市场上最好的时令食材时,加工这种食材越少,就能获得更好的最终产品,技术是我们将这些过程与食材并行结合并将菜肴提升到一个新的水平。韦萨尼曾在亚洲的国际豪华酒店领导了多方面的餐饮业务,被多家媒体授予年度厨师奖项,也为尼罗河广场的开罗四季酒店带来了很多改变。他回忆起在中国掌握了糖醋、清蒸和炒菜的艺术,他很高兴能再次回到北京,这是他最喜欢的城市之一,在这里每天都能发现新的事物,拥有新的灵感。北京四季酒店的经典与卓越与韦萨尼的追求十分契合,而他也将同北京四季酒店一起走向新的阶段,共同探索舌尖上的意式精彩。

Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has recently
appointed Mr. Gianluca Visani as Executive Chef.

“I believe that it takes
modesty for one to reach new heights. Modesty opens a door for us to influence
others with passion, and to achieve better results. As perfection doesn’t exist, we can always do better,” said
Visaniwhen sharing his life philosophy. Visani was born in Imola in
Bologna province, Italy. His experience of growing up on a farm with his
grandmother has endowed him with an innate sensitivity to the freshness and
seasonality of ingredients. He developed a strong interest in cooking when helping
his grandmother prepare vegetables and make beef stews and biscotti.  His
grandmother’s passion in cooking for the family also
had an influence on his trajectory later. For him, family is the place where
everything started, and this is reflected in each and every dish crafted by
Visani.

Visani started his journey as a chef at the
age of 15. He was intrigued by Italian cuisine when studying at the IPSSA
culinary school, and later was mentored by the renowned Michelin-starred chef
Marco Torri. From Italy to the UK, from China to Japan, Visani has accumulated
diverse culinary experience. “Before creating a dish, I always imagine the different textures,
tastes, colors, spices and aromas of various ingredients, and then I draw a
picture in my mind to finalize the details about how I’m
going to present the dish.” he said, “The moment when I see a big smile on the face of a guest, family
member or friend is a moment of pure joy and fulfillment. Through food, we
create memories that last forever.”

In the summer of 2019, Visani started his
journey with Four Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza,
bringing new culinary inspirations, and launching inventive dishes that
integrate techniques and ingredients from different regions to deliver an ultimate
dining experience. Italians pay great attention to the basics. As the executive
chef, Visani believes that the steps such as evaluating culinary products,

always top priorities for novice chefs.

Visani believes that the less processing the
better when dealing with the top-quality seasonal ingredients. The tricky part
for a chef is how to bring the flavors of ingredients to the next level after
the right amount of processing. Previously, Visani successfully led the
catering business of multiple international luxury hotels in Asia, and was
awarded Chef of the Year by various media outlets. He also brought great
changes to Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. Speaking about the assignment
at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, he immediately recalled the sweet and sour,
steaming and stir-frying techniques learnt in China. He was excited about
returning to Beijing, one of his favorite cities, where he could always
discover new things and get inspirations. He echoes with the Hotel’s pursuit for excellence
and is ready to open a new chapter with Four Seasons Hotel Beijing by bringing
authentic Italian flavors to the next level.
