extensive background in the 5 Star Luxury Hospitality. Barry started his
Marriott career in 1997 in the Food and Beverage Division at the St. Regis in
Beijing where he worked as Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of
Wines, F&B Manager and numerous Management Positions in the Food and
beverage departments before he joined the Human Recourses Division in 2012 as
Human resource senior manager and acting Director of Human Resources.With his
passion and his drive Barry made up his way swiftly to the top of the
Department. Since 2016 he was then fully in charge and has shown great
leadership.In 2019 Barry joined The Ritz- Carlton Beijing where he worked
closely with the General Manager and the entire Guidance Team and has shown
sympathetic attitude, good communication skills, social responsibility and
quick decision-making skills.We are confident of Barry’s expertise at this new
assignment and believe he will drive HR Team to another high level to exceed
expectations.
