2021年8月，万豪国际集团任命陈伟良先生 (Mr. William Yosanto) 为北京金融街威斯汀大酒店总经理。

The Westin Beijing Financial Street is pleased to announce that Mr. William Yosanto has been appointed as the hotel’s General Manager as of August 2021.
Having graduated with a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Mr. William Yosanto started his career in 2006 as Rooms Intern in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. He joined the corporate management training program with Hyatt Group in the United States before coming to China and took up various Rooms Division roles with Marriott in Tianjin and Beijing. He obtained deep insights and strong business acumen when he was the Market Director of Operations for Suzhou while he overseen 12 Marriott hotels’ overall operations and performances. In the same time, he was also appointed as Resident Manager of Renaissance Suzhou. Mr.Yosanto’s most recent role began in 2019 when he was promoted as General Manager of Four Points By Sheraton Suzhou where he improved hotel’s products and property awareness to lead the hotel be more competitive.

Recently, Club Med Nanjing announced the appointment of Mr. Bryan Cui as General Manager. Having accumulated with the rich experience of hospitality operation and management over 15 years, Mr. Bryan will be responsible for the pre-opening and the entire operation.

Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou, a famous wellness-focused resort under the management of Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has announced the appointment of Mr Ted Shen as its General Manager.
Mr Shen, brings to his role more than 16 years of experience working in sales and marketing, operations, and managerial positions for renowned international hotel companies such as the Shangri-La Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou, Mr Shen was General Manager of Dusit Thani Fudu Qingfeng Garden Changzhou and Dusit Thani Fudu Zhonghang Changzhou. He played a key role in strategic business planning, talent development, implementing new guest experiences, and establishing the property’s sustainability programmes.
Mr Shen graduated from YMCA College of Hotel Management, Tokyo. He is proficient in English and Japanese. He loves gourmet, reading and traveling, and has a strong interest in the landscapes and cultures of Southeast Asian countries.

张博文先生于1997 年进入酒店行业从事运营及餐饮管理工作，曾任福朋喜来登、香格里拉、洲际等多个国际品牌酒店餐饮总监职位，拥有 24 年丰富的酒店从业和管理经验。2020年，张博文先生出任银基国际旅游度假区银基冰雪酒店总经理一职，对酒店筹开及整体运营全权负责，并多次完成重要政府接待及大型团队会议接待。面对管理1300多间客房、7000平米宴会厅及会议室以及酒店所属大型娱乐康体中心和餐厅等复杂设施的工作挑战，张博文先生表现了出色的业务水平和管理能力，带领团队在提升宾客满意度和增加营收方面创造了显著的成绩。

Mr. Max Zhang was Appointed Director of Operations of Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, reporting directly to hotel General Manager Mr. Bill Fisher, effective from 16th August 2021.
Mr. Zhang started his career in hospitality industry in 1997 and has rich experience with international hotel chains. Before joining Hilton, Mr. Zhang has been working in IHG, Shangri-la and Four Points by Sheraton as F&B Director. Most recently, from 2020, as General Manager of Enjoyland Hotel, Mr. Zhang took full responsibility for hotel pre-opening and operations. Facing the challenge of managing over 1300 guest rooms, 7000 square meters banquet and meeting spaces, a large entertainment and wellness center and restaurants, Mr. Zhang and his team achieved high performance on tremendous improvements in guest satisfaction scores and revenue.
Mr. Bill Fisher, the General Manager of Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, expressed his warm welcome. “In the past 24 years, Mr. Zhang has accumulated a wealth of experience in F&B.
