Management Trainee - Human Resources & Administration
The Management Trainee Programme (“MTP") is designed for graduates with great potential to become part of our management team and to progress gradually within our Group. The MTP offers comprehensive exposure in the hotel at Human Resources departments and it also lays the foundation for a successful career with the Group. We focus on developing graduates to positions at the supervisory level with a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources & Administration at hotel business.
Programme Highlights: - The MTP is a 12-month intensive development programme at Human Resources & Administration department for performing all-round Human Resources and office administration functions and involve in project and ad-hoc tasks
- At the end of the 12-month training programme, a supervisory role will be offered when MT’s performance is satisfactory
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management, human resources or business-related disciplines
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detail-minded and self-motivated with great initiative
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
